Royal Mail stipulates we have to wait 10 working days from when the item was dispatched if parcels have not arrived on Tracked 24 & 48.
No late delivery compensation.
Please note that all parcels insured will only be compensated at Royal Mail's discretion up to the service's value.
No orders can be refunded or re-ordered until the claim has been finalised.

Backorders We aim to dispatch you order the same day the order is placed (order must be placed before 12pm), or the next following working day.
Please note we are closed on Bank Holidays, and orders placed during this time will be dispatched once the shop re-opens. Please ensure all your details are correct when placing your order to ensure no delays or errors occur with your order.
